Hi, I am Chris Horton. I'm a photographer that enjoys mostly nature based photography in Sète, France.
As a photographer for more than 15yrs, I love freezing moments in time, turning the ordinary into something magical! Whether it's the beauty of nature or the charm of everyday life, I find creativity in the little things that make the world unique.
I generally prefer natural lighting while exploring my surroundings and I often look for rustic and/or subjects that make people reflect on something in their lives.
I try to look for ways to uncover a different viewpoint or a different angle when it comes to subjects that people often overlook.
I really hope you enjoy my photos.

Frequently Asked Questions
I used to use a Fujifilm X-H1 and I've been using the X-T5 model since around January 2023 and I love it. I really enjoy the vintage colors, the image stabilization, the manual controls that the camera has to offer.
Typically I use vintage lenses because I feel that the colors and the effects of the vintage lenses make my photos less clinical looking. I prefer the vintage vibe of the photos in general versus the type of photos one can find today. Some of the manual lenses that I use are below:
-
Helios 44-2 58mm F/2
-
Meyer Optik Lydith 30mm F3.5
-
Takumar 200mm f3.5
